Culture in the Ranch

The HRCAA provides a central organization from which educational, artistic, musical, theatrical, and dance events are provided to the more than 90,000 Highlands Ranch residents and those living in the surrounding communities.

HRCAA Events

Each year, the CAA has provides educational and entertainment programming through 40+ free and low cost art, music, theater, dance, history and nature events.

Our desire each year is to provide a culturally rich variety of programs which represent our diverse community. We recognize the importance of DEIA (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Accessibility) and work to incorporate these elements into our planning and staffing for programs and events. We strive to make sure our community members are represented and all attendees feel welcome at our events.

Art Encounters

The Highlands Ranch Cultural Affairs Association is proud to be a part of Art Encounters, a year-long outdoor sculpture exhibit that showcases sculptures in various media and styles displayed in highly visible areas in Highlands Ranch, Lone Tree, Parker, Roxborough, and Castle Rock. This Douglas County project is designed to promote public interests in art, develop community pride, and draw visitors to the retail or civic areas where they are displayed.

The Art Encounter's sculptures are on display from June 2024 through May 2025.
