Senior Programs & Classes

The HRCA offers programs and classes geared specifically for seniors who want to become or remain active. See what we mean, join HRCA's seniors today! Also, seniors are encouraged to participate in any of our adult programs.

Senior Fitness

Senior Fitness classes are designed to increase flexibility, joint stability, balance, coordination, agility, muscular strength, and cardiovascular endurance. The workout combines aerobic, resistance (strength) training, and toning with plenty of friendly fun.
