The Highlands Ranch Community Association (HRCA) invites food trucks/vendors to participate in some events. 

There is a single Food Vendor Interest Form for all events. On the application, you may choose which of the events you are interested in. A separate attendance fee may be charged, depending on size of event.

Local businesses are encouraged to apply to participate in HRCA community events! Participation from businesses is limited depending on the type of event.

Highlands Ranch is lucky to have some very creative and passionate residents. Many of our events are open to individuals who are looking to display their talents and hobbies. If you are interested in getting involved and participating in one of our events, please fill out the associated application; see links to applications in list below.

Community Partners sponsor the HRCA's community events. Patronize our partners or become one! The HRCA Community Partner Program can extend your local marketing reach deep into the community of Highlands Ranch. We invite Community Partners to have a booth at many events.

By enrolling or participating in any program or recreational activity, members and guests and their successors, heirs and representatives hereby waive any and all claims of liability against the HRCA and its members, directors, officers, agents, insurers, employees, contractors, and related entities arising out of any loss, injury, or death that they may suffer as the result of enrolling or participating in any such program or recreational activity including, but not limited to, the use of the HRCA recreational facilities, regardless of the cause of such loss, injury, or death. Members and guests are also required to comply with the rules and regulations applicable to the recreational facilities and off-site venues. Although there is no obligation for any person to provide medical attention in connection with participation in such programs or recreational activities, members and guests consent to any such care or attention that may be provided to them. Members and guests understand and agree that HRCA may take pictures of the program or activity that may include the member or guest. By enrolling or participating in any program or recreational activity members and guests agree and consent to the use of such images by HRCA both online and in written materials for general marketing purposes for future community events, programs, and activities. HRCA allows enrollment and participation in its programs and recreational activities based upon the agreement and acceptance by members and guests of the terms and conditions contained in this Liability Waiver which is intended to be interpreted and construed as broad and inclusive as is permitted by the laws of the State of Colorado. By attending or participating in any event or activity, I hereby confirm my understanding, agreement, and acceptance of the terms, conditions, and statements contained in this Liability Waiver and assume all risks concerning or related to my enrollment and participation in such program or recreational activity.
