Board of Director Elections

HRCA's five-member Board is elected by the District Delegates. Elections for the open director seats are held each March. The Board of Directors serves three-year staggered terms.

In the 2025 election cycle, the District Delegates will fill two Board of Director positions.

District Delegate Elections

Highlands Ranch is divided into 94 delegate districts, each represented by a homeowner elected by HRCA members. The Delegate representatives each serve two-year, staggered terms.

In the 2025 election cycle, all vacant and odd-numbered Delegate Districts will be filled. Delegate applications are live. The deadline to submit applications is February 28, 2025, at 5 pm.
