Complete and submit the below two-part application to register your vehicle for the Highlands Ranch Car Show.

Vehicle Fee

$20 per vehicle. Pre-registration closes on Thursday, May 30, at 12:00 p.m. If you have pre-registered for the show, you will receive an email the week of the event with day of event instructions. All applications are subject to a review and selection process.

Day-of Registration

Cars wishing to join the show can register the day of the event, starting at 7:30 a.m. at the check-in tent.

Payment Note: All credit card payments are held in a 'pending' status. Payments will only be processed upon your application being accepted for this event. If not accepted, your payment will not be processed. You will get a confirmation email when you first complete the application process, and again when your application has been approved. Applications that are approved and accepted will be charged the booth fee. No refunds, credits or exchanges; no exceptions.

Engine Rev

Participants will be encouraged to “rev” up their engines at 11:30 a.m.  At the request of car owners, ABSOLUTELY NO BURN OUTS are allowed!

Tents

For safety reasons, if you decide to put up a 10 x 10 tent at the event, it is required that your tent be secured with appropriate weights (a minimum of 25 lbs) on each of the four corners. Any tent not properly weighted and secured will be required to be taken down. No exceptions. This is a significant safety issue as Highlands Ranch often experiences gusty winds. It is required that your tent be secured. Do not simply rest weights on the feet of tent legs. HRCA will be checking to ensure that weights are being used. You will be held responsible for any damage your tent may cause. HRCA will not be held responsible for damage caused by your tent.

Promotion

HRCA's Marketing efforts include advertisements in the HRCA Activity Guide, HRCA Newsletters, and on the HRCA web site. Posters and flyers are posted in each of our four HRCA recreation centers and on community boards across Highlands Ranch. Signs are placed at strategic locations throughout Highlands Ranch, and the event is posted on many online calendars.

Cancellations

Due to the fact that weather in Colorado changes so quickly, the decision and announcement to cancel an event is made as soon as possible before the event is scheduled to begin. If the HRCA cancels due to severe weather, the HRCA will make every attempt to contact you and will refund all booth fees. Applicant is responsible for checking the Event weather line: 303-471-8888. If the exhibitor cancels because of severe weather or any other reason, absolutely no refunds are given.
