ARC meetings are held on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday each month. The Architectural Committee is responsible for reviewing plans for exterior improvements being made to residential properties by homeowners. The Committee is also responsible for enforcing covenants outlined within the Community Declaration, by-laws, and supplemental declarations.
