Camp HRCA

Where Summer Adventures Spark Friendships, Fun and Growth!

At Camp HRCA, we offer choice-based programs for preschool and school-age children ages 4–8, thoughtfully designed to build self-esteem, spark cognitive development and create a safe, welcoming space where every personality can thrive socially. Our nurturing approach encourages each child to engage in planned activities for at least 30 minutes before exploring new options, giving them both structure and freedom. With exciting new themes each week, every day is a fresh opportunity to learn, grow and have fun!

Frequently Asked Questions

You’re welcome to drop off your child at any time. However, camp activities begin promptly at 9 a.m. If you arrive after that, please check the daily schedule posted inside the Camp HRCA room or on the location sign outside the door. You’ll need to walk your child to the group’s current location.

Yes, early pickup is allowed at any time during the day. If the group is not in the room, refer to the posted schedule or the location sign outside the Camp HRCA room to find them. You can also message the teacher through the Tadpoles app so we can help coordinate.

If your child misses the bus, we unfortunately cannot provide alternate care. You may either drop your child off at the field trip location or wait to check in once the group returns to the facility.

Please send your child with the following daily essentials:

For complete details, please review and sign our Allergy Policy in the ePact application.

*All forms are accessible through your e-PACT account.

E-PACT is our application software. We have moved our files to a digital format, and this allows us to better manage required forms, like immunizations and authorized pick-ups, but it will also help us get to know your child better so we can do our best to meet their needs. This is REQUIRED paperwork and must be submitted before your child attends. The deadline for this electronic paperwork is August 22.

How do I use e-PACT?

  1. After you register for a licensed program such as Preschool or Camp HRCA, you’ll receive an email invite to share information with HRCA programs.
  2. Click ‘Complete Request’ to create a free account, or log-in if you already have an existing e-PACT account.
  3. Enter the required information, upload required documents and share it with HRCA Programs so that program staff have access.
