The Highlands Ranch Community Association (HRCA) is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for its residents. With four state-of-the-art recreation centers and the Backcountry Wilderness Area, HRCA offers a wide range of programs, events, and services. Governed by a Board of Directors, the association serves over 30,000 households, focusing on recreation, community leadership, and maintaining a vibrant lifestyle.

Highlands Ranch began as a cattle ranch in the 1800s and transformed into a master-planned community in 1981. It has earned numerous awards for its well-designed neighborhoods, parks, and open spaces, offering residents a high quality of life. Today, the community continues to balance its rich history with modern living and environmental conservation.

Highlands Ranch Community Scholarship Fund

Established in 2003, the HRCSF offers postsecondary scholarships to HRCA students who demonstrate community involvement through volunteerism.

Backcountry Wilderness Area Fund

With a mission is to improve wildlife habitat, inspire the next generation of nature stewards, and ignite a lifelong love of the outdoors for all.

Highlands Ranch Cultural Affairs Association

Serving over 90,000 Highlands Ranch residents and surrounding communities, we organize a variety of educational, artistic, musical, theatrical, and dance events.

Therapeutic Rec Scholarship Fund

Offering special recreational services for individuals with special needs. Programs, including group and personal instruction, are led by qualified specialists and tailored to meet participants' needs.
